Prepare attractive and informative feature sheets for leaving at the property and distribution to other realtors and their prospective buyers.

Host a realtors tour of the property by all known realtors working in the area.

Place the property on real estate websites, including, www.cirrealtors.com and www.shirleymcdonald.com

Deliver "JUST LISTED, DO YOU KNOW A BUYER" flyers to the neighbourhood.

Advertise the property 24 hours a day until sold.

Arrange all showings and report all responses to the showings.

Hold at least one Open House weekly if the property is of a residential type.

Advise, negotiate and handle the fulfilment of all contracts on behalf of the seller.

Advise, appoint and monitor all other professionals required in fulfilling, expediting and protecting the sellers interests in the contract. (Home Inspectors, mortgage and insurance brokers, solicitors) .

Turn the property over to the buyer on possession date after all sale proceeds have been received.
