I would like to introduce myself. I am a widowed mother of four and grandmother of seven children. For over the last 30 years I have been involved in the real estate profession as a realtor.

I work all of Alberta for commercial real estate including the City of Calgary. I also work acreages north and west of Calgary and in the Alberta Oil Sands.

Experience comes from practicing, and I have had a tremendous amount of practice in listing and selling many different kinds of real estate in my 30 years in the business.My first experience commenced in a law office prior to being licensed as a realtor. I then sold rural properties, particularly farms and ranches, later expanding into the development of acreages from raw land and then to selling developed acreages as well. My interest in business lead me into the field of investment, commercial and industrial aspect of real estate, and eventually, after traveling all over north America to obtain the courses required, I earned the coveted international CCIM designation in 1990. In 1992 I, with a partner, bought a couple of RE/MAX franchises and was involved in management and operations for about five years while still servicing my clients in listing, selling and developing properties for them.

Throughout my career I have always been respected by my peers and associates as a top producer by achieving many top awards, such as being a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club, Member of the MLS Million Dollar Club of the Calgary Real Estate Board, First in production of the Commercial Division of P. J. Toole & Cote Real Estate, as well as many awards for top production in Calgarys commercial office for RE/MAX.

As a professional realtor, I am anxious to demonstrate my knowledge, skills and experience in using them to service clients in the Calgary area. I thrive on challenges, particularly on what others believe are improbable or impossible.
